6. If you are a veterinary store, why don't you offer medications, food, and litter?

Many foods we carry are prescription diets. We are not set up as an online pharmacy and do not have the ability to monitor prescriptions online. This obviously applies to medications as well. With regards to well-care diets and litter, because we are a small, local operation, the shipping costs would be prohibitively expensive. We do offer all of these items in our physical store and clinic.

7. Why should I shop here?

As a locally-owned veterinary clinic with a focus on sustainibility, we offer a wide variety of unique products. All our products are approved by our veterinarians for the benefit of your cats. Many items are handmade with green, sustainable ingredients and are not available anywhere else. In addition, our clinic is a certified 5-star EnviroStar business.

We are always looking at new products for our store. Please contact us with your suggestions.

9. Do I have to be a client of your veterinary clinic to shop online?

Not at all! You're welcome to shop here whether you come to our clinic or not.

10. I have a cat that needs an exam. How do I schedule with you?

Give us a call at 206-546-2287 and any of our receptionists would be happy to assist you.

11. Do you accept manufacturer's coupons?

Coupons are accepted in-store only, not online.

12. I am an independent producer of pet products and would like to sell my products on your website. How do I do that?
